This policy explains how Semih Turna ("I") handles personal data when you visit semihturna.com, send a request through the contact form, or buy software from me. Visitors in Türkiye can also read the KVKK notice in Turkish.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address and request; optionally your company or brand, phone number, how you handle the job today, timeline, budget range and preferred way of contact.
• Where your visit came from: the page your visit started on, the address of the page that linked to this site, and campaign tags (utm) if the link had them.
• Security check: Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to confirm that a person sent the form.
• Site statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate data such as page views, referring sites, country and page speed, without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Purchases: if you buy software from me, the order information my reseller shares with me: your name, e-mail address, country and the product you bought.
• E-mails you send me.

How I use it

To answer your request and prepare an offer, to carry out the work or deliver a purchase and support it, to keep the form free of abuse, and to see which channels bring visitors and how fast the site loads. I do not sell or rent your data and I do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

The contact form is processed by Vercel Inc. (USA); the site, the security check and the statistics run on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); requests reach me by e-mail at my semihturna.com mailbox. Purchases are processed by my reseller Paddle.com, which never shares your card details with me; its own privacy policy applies to the checkout. Your data may therefore be processed outside Türkiye.

Retention and your rights

Requests that do not lead to work together are deleted at the latest one year after I reply. Order data is kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data at any time by e-mailing info [at] semihturna.com.
