Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your receipt email, or contact Paddle.com, the reseller that processed your order, or email us at info [at] semihturna.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued by the reseller to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. The first payment of a new subscription is refundable within 14 days.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoices, customer service inquiries related to payment, and returns.
