Free Excel templates: credit ledger, cash book, stock, customer list
Do not draw tables from scratch. Download ready-headed templates with sample rows for the five books small shops use most; open them in Excel or Google Sheets and write your own records.
The templates are built in your browser and downloaded. You type nothing on this page and nothing is sent to our servers.
- Credit ledger
Date, customer, debt, payment and a running balance.
- Customer list
Name, phone, email, address and last visit.
- Daily cash book
Income, expense and a running cash balance.
- Stock list
Barcode, product, cost and price, stock and minimum stock. Can be loaded into the barcode stock tool.
- Price list
Product or service, unit and price. Handy to paste into the QR menu tool.
The files are CSV; they open in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. They carry no formatting (colours, column widths). Delete the “Sample row” lines and write your own records.
How to use it
- Press “Download (CSV)” next to the template you want.
- Open the file with Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.
- Delete the lines marked “Sample row” and write your own records.
Good to know
- The files are CSV (semicolon separated, with Turkish characters); double-click to open in Excel. They carry no formatting.
- The balance column in the ledger and cash templates is a simple formula; copy it down as you add rows.
- The stock template is laid out so it can be loaded into the barcode stock tool on this site.
- You type nothing on this page and no data goes to a server.
Frequently asked questions
Why CSV and not .xlsx?
CSV opens in every program and is built in your browser without a server. Open it in Excel and save as .xlsx if you like.
What if Turkish characters look broken?
The file is saved as UTF-8 with a signature; it opens correctly with a double-click in Excel. In other programs choose UTF-8 as the encoding.
Can I adapt the templates?
Yes; add or remove columns and rename them.
Is there a tool that keeps the records for me?
For credit and cash, see the digital books on this site; for bigger jobs, see our software.
