Shelf price label template: 12 or 24 labels per A4

Skip the Excel alignment hassle for neat shelf labels. Type the product name and price (or paste from Excel); the A4 sheet is laid out for cutting, and if you give an old price the discount percentage appears by itself.

Everything this tool does happens in your browser. The names, phone numbers and amounts you type are not sent to our servers and are gone when you close the page.

When printing, choose “Scale 100% / Actual size”. For the legal requirements of price labels (what they must show), check the regulation or your local trade office; the tool only prepares the print layout.

How to use it

  1. Write one product per line: name; price; old price (optional). You can paste from Excel.
  2. Choose the layout: 12 (3×4) or 24 (4×6) labels per A4. Add your shop name if you like.
  3. Press “Print”, set the scale to 100% in the printer settings, cut the sheet and put the labels on the shelf.

Good to know

  • Prices can be written 29,90 or 29.90; the tool understands both.
  • If the old price is higher than the new one, it shows struck through and the discount percentage is calculated.
  • For the legal requirements of price labels (what must be shown), check the regulation or your local trade office; the tool only prepares the print layout.
  • What you type is not sent to our servers.

Frequently asked questions

How many products can I add?

No limit; products beyond 12 or 24 continue on a new page.

How do I paste from Excel?

Select the name and price columns in Excel, copy, and paste into the box; columns are tab-separated so the rows are read correctly.

Is the printed size right?

The printer setting must be “actual size / 100%”. “Fit to page” shrinks the labels.

Are there barcode labels?

Not yet; barcodes are planned as a separate tool.
