How to use it
- In “Add a debt or a payment” enter the customer name, the amount and “I gave credit” or “I received a payment”.
- See the balances in the customer list; for someone who owes, press “Remind on WhatsApp” and the message opens ready.
- Press “Download backup” now and then and keep the file somewhere safe. If you change phones, bring the records back with “Restore from a backup”.
Good to know
- Records are kept only in this device’s browser and never go to a server. If you clear browser data, change phones or use a private tab, they are lost. Taking backups is your responsibility.
- The backup file contains customer names and phone numbers (personal data); keeping and sharing it is your responsibility.
- When you press WhatsApp, the number and message pass only to the WhatsApp app on your phone; you press “send” yourself. There is no automatic sending.
- To tell two customers with the same name apart, add a detail to the name (example: “Ayşe (market)”).
Frequently asked questions
Where is the data stored?
Only in the browser on the device you use. It is not sent to our servers and you cannot see it on another device. Use the backup file to move it.
What if I change my phone?
On the old phone press “Download backup” or “Share the backup”, send the file to the new phone and load it on this page with “Restore from a backup”.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes; “Download for Excel (CSV)” downloads every movement with the customer’s running balance. Restoring uses the .json backup, not the Excel file.
Are messages sent to customers automatically?
No. The tool only prepares the message and opens it in WhatsApp; sending is up to you.
Are the records legally binding?
No; this is a personal tracking tool like a notebook and is not accounting or legal evidence.
