Driving School Student and Lesson Tracking

• Student record: quick add with a name and phone, licence class, status; an old list is imported from CSV with a preview. The national ID number and the contents of a health report are not stored.
• Contract and instalments: cash or 2–24 instalments from the licence-class fee; payments are entered by hand, and an overdue instalment has Call and a ready WhatsApp message. The program takes no payment.
• A printable contract and a promissory-note draft per instalment: sample drafts, not an official MEB form; the school checks its own wording.
• Driving-lesson timetable: a weekly table with instructor and car tabs; a lesson cannot be written into a full slot, into two places at the same hour or for an instructor on time off.
• Driving-lessons counter: the allowance comes from the driving hours of the licence class; planned and done lessons count and a warning shows when it is used up.
• Student page: a secret link of their own, no account; remaining lessons, planned lessons, next instalment, missing documents, exam date and a request for a free slot.
• Exam tracking and vehicle document calendar: exam day and result entry; traffic insurance, inspection and maintenance dates are followed with days left.
• Today screen, follow-up list, instructor screen and multi-day time off: the program sends nobody a message on its own; an instructor sees only their own lessons.

1. Start with the setup guide

A seven-step setup guide leads with a progress percentage: school details, licence classes, instructors and cars, students. In the demo you can try it from scratch with “Boş siteyle yeniden başla” (start with an empty site).

2. Write the student and the contract

A student is added or a list is imported; a contract and instalments are written from the licence class and “Ödendi” (paid) is tapped when money is received.

3. Plan the driving lessons

Slots are ticked on the weekly table and written to a student; a clash is refused and the remaining allowance is counted; the instructor taps Yapıldı or Gelmedi on the phone.

4. Follow exams, documents and follow-ups

Exams are entered in bulk and vehicle documents are followed; the Today screen and follow-up list show overdue instalments and gaps; the student sees their allowance on a page of their own.

Screen-by-screen guide →

• Not delivered to a client and not used by a real driving school; the school, students, phone numbers, addresses and amounts on the screens are made up. The sample licence-class fees are not an official tariff.
• There is no MEBBİS or e-exam integration: the program makes no exam application, fetches no exam result and does not replace an official record or lesson count.
• There is no automatic SMS or WhatsApp sending: a ready WhatsApp text opens and the school sends it from its own phone. There is no online card payment, e-invoicing or accounting.
• The contract and promissory-note printouts are sample drafts, not an official MEB form. The national ID number and the contents of a health report are not stored. There is no multi-branch use.
• Adding to the phone and the free phone notification have not been tried on a real phone. A student’s page is a secret address; anyone who knows the link sees that student’s information. An Excel file is not read directly; save it as CSV.
• The live demo was run on one hosting account only (PHP, SQLite). In the demo the data is reset every hour; sign-in is without a password through role buttons. The app interface in the screens is Turkish; only the explanations on this page are in English.
