Car Wash Vehicle Intake and Tracking

• Quick vehicle intake by plate: a known car and customer appear; ready packages are ticked and their services are added to the job automatically.
• Vehicle flow: Sırada, Yıkanıyor, Bitti (ready) and Teslim edildi; a job board with three columns and filtering by worker.
• Cash and expense records: cash, card and transfer are entered by hand; expenses are followed by type and the monthly difference between takings and expenses shows. The program takes no payment.
• Worker performance: cars delivered and the amount per worker in a month; an estimated commission if a percentage is set in settings. A calculation only.
• Loyalty counter: “every Nth wash free”; a reminder shows on the customer card and the job and the business applies the discount.
• Booking with bay capacity: a customer picks a day and time on a sign-in-free page and a full time cannot be chosen; a request does not enter the booking book until approved.
• Ready WhatsApp messages: call the customer, wash started, car ready, balance reminder. The program sends nothing on its own.
• Product stock, a scratch and damage map, importing customers and cars from CSV, manager and worker roles and a setup guide.

1. Take the car in

   Type the plate, tick a ready package and save; the car lands on the job board as Sırada.

2. Move the wash along

   Mark Yıkanıyor and Bitti on the job; open the ready WhatsApp message for “call the customer” and “car ready” and send it yourself.

3. Write the payment and expenses

   At delivery record the payment as cash, card or transfer; add expenses by type through the month.

4. Look at month end

   See the difference between takings and expenses and the cars per worker; customers whose loyalty reward is due are flagged on the job.

• Not delivered to a client and not used by a real car wash; the business, customers, plates, phone numbers and amounts on the screens are made up.
• There is no automatic SMS or WhatsApp sending: a ready WhatsApp text opens and the business sends it from its own phone.
• There is no plate reading from a photo, hand-held terminal, POS or QR payment, e-invoice, membership package or multi-branch use; payments are entered by hand. The commission and expense screens are a calculation and a record only.
• Adding to the phone and the free phone notification have not been tried on a real phone. Photo upload is switched off in the demo.
• The live demo was run on one hosting account only (PHP, SQLite). In the demo the data is reset every hour; sign-in is without a password through role buttons. The app interface in the screens is in Turkish.
